Our Story
In 2022, Public Yacht Adjusters was founded in Miami with a singular focus: to be the first public adjusting firm in the country dedicated entirely to the marine industry. Before we opened our doors, we researched nationwide to find other marine-based public adjusting firms. We wanted to know who else was exclusively serving boat and yacht owners. The answer was no one.
Most public adjusters handle residential water damage, fire, mold, and storm claims. When a boat owner walks through their door, those firms outsource the marine damage inspection to someone like us. We decided to cut out the middleman and bring the maritime expertise directly to the policyholder.
Today, Public Yacht Adjusters serves boat and yacht owners across the entire state of Florida, from Miami and the Keys to Jacksonville and the Panhandle. We are the experts that other public adjusters turn to for help with complex marine claims.
